its all about winning
Its funny, how sometimes success colours peoples lenses. Losing all the time, you see the single players out there, that fight against each other and then when you win, they are a team for once.
It makes it kind of hard to be a team leader, because you want it to be a team all the time, but whatever you do and whatever you try, it just doesnt work out!
What does being a team mean? How can you influence it.....
I just wish I could, I wish I could....

hmm, I should get you one of these teambuilding books or teambuilding tests I have around...wanna see? Not sure though if they would match a sport team's requirements.
Its not easy to be a leader, its a process. But they wanted you to be one, that means they have faith in you!
